“Where did my money actually go?”

Statements are a wall of cryptic codes. Scroll to watch them turn into a clear picture of where your money went.

Dirhamgrove turns messy statement codes into clean merchants and categories. For example, SQ *AMZ MKTP for 284.00 dirhams becomes Amazon under Shopping. RAK*POS 4471 DUBAI becomes Carrefour under Groceries. DU TELECOM becomes du under Bills.

Built to be trusted with real money

Your numbers stay private by design. Here’s how.

  • We send only what’s needed

To sort a merchant, only its name goes out. To read a PDF, we send its text with card and account numbers removed first.
  • Yours alone

Your statements and history stay private to your account, and no one else can see them.
  • Built in the UAE

Made for UAE banking, from RAKBANK to Emirates NBD, with the dirham built in.

FAQ

Questions, answered

What is Dirhamgrove?

Dirhamgrove is a private personal-finance tool built for the UAE. You import any bank or card statement, and it cleans up messy merchant names, removes duplicates, and sorts your spending. You see where your money went by category, by merchant, and as a ledger you can browse. It's dirham-first.

Which banks and statement formats does it support?

It works with every major UAE bank, including Emirates NBD, FAB, ADCB, Mashreq, RAKBANK, and Dubai Islamic Bank. You can import PDF, CSV, and Excel statements. An AI extractor reads any bank's layout, so you're not limited to a fixed set of templates.

How is Dirhamgrove different from my banking app?

Your bank's app only shows that one bank's account. Dirhamgrove brings every UAE bank and card you use into a single view. It sorts the spending by category and by merchant. You also get cross-bank totals, multi-currency roll-up, and recurring charges in one place.

Do I need to connect my bank login?

No. You don't link a bank account or share any online-banking password. You download a statement from your bank, whether you're in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, or elsewhere in the UAE. Then you upload the file (PDF, CSV, or Excel). Your login stays with your bank.

Is my financial data private?

Yes. Your statements and history stay isolated to your own account, and no other user can see them. We also send out as little as possible. To sort a charge, only the merchant name leaves your account. To read a PDF, we remove card and account numbers from the text first. We don't sell your data.

How much does it cost?

Dirhamgrove is free to get started. The free plan lets you import statements and browse your spending. If you need more, a paid plan lifts the usage limits. You can see your first breakdown before paying anything.

Does it handle multiple currencies?

Yes. Spending in other currencies rolls up into your home currency, which is the dirham by default. A multi-currency card or a trip abroad shows as one clear total, instead of scattered amounts you have to add up yourself.

How fast do I see my spending?

About a minute. You upload a statement, confirm a quick preview, and get a breakdown of where your money went by category and by merchant. It also flags recurring charges, like subscriptions, so you can see what leaves your account each month.
