Terms of Service
Effective 2026-06-12
Who you're agreeing with
Dirhamgrove is operated by DirhamGrove (“we”, “us”). Contact: legal@dirhamgrove.com.
What Dirhamgrove is
Dirhamgrove is a personal-finance tool. You import bank and card statements; we organize them so you can see your spending by category, merchant, and over time.
Eligibility
You must be of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction, and in any case at least 18, to use Dirhamgrove.
Beta service
Dirhamgrove is in active development. Features may change or be removed, and we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. We'll communicate significant changes, but the service you see today is not a promise of the service tomorrow.
Your account and acceptable use
Your account is yours alone: one person per account, signed in with Google. Don't misuse the service: no attempts to access other people's data, probe or overload our systems, upload unlawful content, or use automated tools to abuse features (including the AI-powered import).
AI processing
Dirhamgrove uses Anthropic's Claude models to read the statements you import and to categorize merchants, as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the import and categorization features you consent to that processing.
Not financial advice
Dirhamgrove's reports, categories, and numbers are informational. They may contain errors, so always verify against your bank's own records. We are not a bank, financial institution, or financial advisor, and nothing in the app is investment, tax, or financial advice.
Your data
How we collect, use, and protect your data is set out in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms. You can export your data or delete your account at any time; these rights remain available even if you decline a future version of these terms.
Termination
You can stop using Dirhamgrove and delete your account whenever you like; deletion is immediate and irreversible. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms or abuse the service.
Disclaimer of warranties
Dirhamgrove is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of results.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of Dirhamgrove. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim (currently zero, since Dirhamgrove is free during beta).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the service or content you upload unlawfully.
Changes to these terms
When we make a substantive change, we'll publish a new version with a new effective date and ask you to review and accept it before you continue using the app.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the UAE.
General
If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about Dirhamgrove. We may assign this agreement (for example, in a restructuring); you may not.
